You are requested kindly to permit him/her to participate in the programme.

NOTE:

01. Bus facility will not be provided to the students of Nutan Nagar & Eucalypta Branch on 15.08.09.

02. Volunteers and participants will bring their Tiffin with them.

03. Volunteers will report to their teachers concerned, in time.

04. Students of Prabhatpheri may kindly be collected by the parents from the Wales Ground at 7:30 a.m.

05. Students of School Band, March Past and Prabhatpheri should be dropped at Eucalypta Branch at 5:30 a.m.

06. Bus facility will be provided to the participants and volunteers on 14.08.2009.
